I'm afraid to believe so because I see you recently translated an article here using User:Ennydavids (the same account you're asking to be disregarded). While still maintaining your second account User:Ennydavidson.

I want to clarify that I'm aware that the WMF policy does not support Sockpuppetry and same with our community. However, I'm not aware not that the user is operating on both account as I only know of the one that was referred to as having been used to access Wikimedia Scholarship.

Clarification regarding microgrant eligibility

I would like to provide some clarification regarding the microgrant that was recently approved for this user through the Igbo Wikimedians User Group program.

During the grant review process, the applicant informed us that a previous account had been blocked for sockpuppetry but stated that the account had not been used for approximately two years. Based on this information, and after considering the user’s willingness to contribute to community activities, the grant was approved.

Following the approval, we were notified us that the previously blocked account had recent edits. Upon checking the account history, edits were found from January, February, and March of this year.

This information was not known to the grant team at the time the application was assessed. As a result, the microgrant has been paused while the situation is reviewed internally and further clarification is requested from the applicant.

The purpose of this note is simply to document the sequence of events and clarify that the grant decision was made based on the information provided during the application process.

We appreciate you for bringing this to our attention and will proceed with the appropriate review to ensure transparency and fairness in the program.
