Aframomum corrorima bụ ụdị osisi ifuru na ezinụlọ ginger, Zingiberaceae.[4] Ọ bụ herbaceous perennial nke na-emepụta akwụkwọ ndụ akụkụ ndụ 1-2 mita n'ogologo nke mgbọrọgwụ rhizomatous.[5] Akwụkwọ ndị a haziri ahazi bụ akwụkwọ ndụ gbara ọchịchịrị,10–30 cm long and 2.5–6 cm n'ofe, elliptical ka ọ toro ogologo n'ọdịdị ya.[6] Ọ na-ebu ifuru pink n'akụkụ ala ma na-enye ohere nye mkpụrụ na-acha uhie uhie, mkpụrụ osisi anụ ahụ nwere mkpụrụ aja aja na-egbuke egbuke, nke na-adịkarị 3–5 mm na dayameta.[7]
