According to the World Health Organization (WHO), mental disorders account for a substantial portion of the global burden of disease, with 1 in 6 people living with a mental disorder globally. It is in this light that this project aims to lecture participants on the importance of being aware of their mental health and how they can be proactive in ensuring that their mental health is well taken care of. In addition to this lecture, participants will be trained on how to contribute to Wikimedia projects with major focus on the Igbo Wikipedia. An edit-a-thon will be carried out and prizes will be given out to top performing participants who have made quality contributions.
