The Igbo Wiktionary is an online dictionary and lexical database for the Igbo Language. It is a valuable resource for language preservation, learning and cultural preservation.
Project objectives
[dezie | dezie ebe o si]The Igbo Wiktionary Project is a collaborative project that aims at collecting and defining Igbo words and phrases. Providing definitions, translations, usage examples and pronunciation guides or audio files to preserve/promote the Igbo culture and heritage through language documentation.

Project focus
[dezie | dezie ebe o si]This project will focus majorly on creation of new words in Igbo language Wiktionary, improving existing words and recruiting more young persons into the fold of Igbo Language editing and knowledge sharing. This project will increase the number of words in Igbo Wiktionary.
