Praise Daniel Ukachukwu born on 5th November 2004 popularly and professionally know as Rosi Prince is a Nigerian Singer, Songwriter, entertainer, performing artist, blogger and producer... He was born to a Nigerian parent ( Mr & Mrs Mba). In king Solomon Hospital Anthony Village, Lagos.

 He schooled and grew up in Lagos State, he went to  Anthony Model Nursery And Primary School for his primary and Ajao Estate Junior High School for Junior secondary and Anthony Village Senior High School for his senior secondary.
He rose to fame after releasing his first song tittled Omo Ta Fefe in 2020, he now have several songs like Bentley featuring Doubledu Mix, etc.. he now one of the top artist in Nigeria... He has also released his album tittled "Roadside Love"...
