English: Section of Painting and Sculpture mural in the US Post Office in Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, signed "Stevan Dohanos, 1941" The painting is the work of a US Federal employee and thus public domain. It also has no visible copyright notice. Note the geographical coordinates give in the mural:18' 20 N, 64' 5? W. The "castle" in the background is recognizable (a NRHP site) and the cannon pictured could reasonably be located on the site of the post office, so the coords could be interpreted as the coords of the mural itself, or of Charlotte Amalie in general.
The person who associated a work with this deed has dedicated the work to the public domain by waiving all of their rights to the work worldwide under copyright law, including all related and neighboring rights, to the extent allowed by law.
