Vhastik, the first 8 children was born on 10 January 1999.He was raised in Abura and started schooling at the age of 7. He attended Abura R/C Primary and JHS school and proceeded to Cape Coast Technical Institute. Vhastik began his music career as an underground rapper and gained recognition through rap competition such participating in Adom FM's popular rap competition Kasahare Level. He met musicians Kofi Mole and Don Itchi who introduced him to Eddykay Beatz an established record producer. Impressed by his rap flows, Eddykay allowed Vhastik to record one song at his studio
