Paschal MUONYILILO was born in a great city called Onitsha in the family of Hon. Cyprian Okoye and Mrs Priscilla Okoye both from Neni in Anaocha LGA. Nigeria

===Qualifications===

He started his education journey in Fatima Nursery school and which he proceeded to Ogboli primary school (1-3). Ezeani Obidigbo primary school (4) . Ezechima primary school (5-6).

After his primary education he gained admission into prestigious St Charles College Onitsha then to Federal Polytechnic Oko where he studied Public Administration and Management.(2011-2017).

Paschal have worked in some firms ranging from Aliban De Great Ventures. St Patricks College Asaba. Donadys Technical Solutions. Anthony Hero Bar.
