Esther Opoti Dhugira
Esther Opoti Dhugira (9 Septemba 1962 - 18 Ọgọst 2001) bụ onye omeiwu Ugandan na nwanyị omebe iwu maka Nebbi District na 7th Parliament nke Uganda . Na Nzukọ Ndị Omeiwu nke Uganda n'etiti afọ 1994 na 1995, ọ nọchitere anya Okoro County na Nebbi. Dhugira na Winnie Byanyima na ndị ọzọ bụ otu n'ime ndị guzobere Forum for Women in Democracy (FOWODE)

O mechara gaa Mahadum Makerere ebe ọ gụsịrị akwụkwọ na Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree, na-ahụ maka sayensị ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị na ajọ mbunobi na Public Administration na Psychology.
