These scholarships are made possible by the board of the Holyoke Housing Authority. They are for residents of the HHA who are either in public housing or through the Leased Housing/Section 8 Program, and registered as a full-time student with a minimum of 12 credits or a nontraditional student with a minimum of 6 credits.”
