Iwu Mwepụ Ogbenye 1795 ^[1] ( 35 Geo. 3. c. 101), mgbe ụfọdụ a na-akpọ Mwepụ Iwu 1795, bụ Iwu Nzuko omeiwu nke gbanwere Iwu Mmezi 1662, Iwu nke metụtara mgbe onye ogbenye nwere ike ịnweta enyemaka ogbenye. Mmetụta nke Iwu Mwepụ bụ "na ọ dịghị onye na-abụghị onye bi na parish ọ gwụla ma o tinyere akwụkwọ maka enyemaka." ^[2]
