Long titleAn act for the better relief of the poor, within the several hundreds, towns, and districts, in that part of Great Britain called England, incorporated by divers acts of parliament for the purpose of the better maintenance and employment of the poor; and for enlarging the powers of the guardians of the poor, within the said several hundreds, towns, and districts, as to the assessments to be made upon the several parishes, hamlets, and places, within their respective hundreds, towns, and districts, for the support and maintenance of the poor.

Iwu enyemaka ndị ogbenye 1795 [1] ( 36 Geo. 3. c. 10) bụ iwu nke nzuko omeiwu nke ndị omeiwu nke Great Britain kwadoro.

Iwu ahụ nyere ndị nlekọta nke mpaghara agbakwunyere aka ịkwalite na ịhazi ntule enyemaka adịghị mma na parish akọwapụtara. [2] A ga-eme nyocha ahụ dị ka ọnụ ahịa ọka wit na Mark Lane si dị, dị ka nyocha ndị gara aga (Iwu ahụ kwuru) "n'ihi njedebe dị ukwuu nke ọnụahịa ọka, na isiokwu ndị ọzọ dị mkpa nke ndụ, [adịghị] ezughi oke. maka enyemaka dị mkpa na nlekọta nke ndị ogbenye". [2] Iwu ahụ kwukwara na "ego a ga-enyocha na parish ọ bụla agaghị agafe n'ime otu afọ nke ọnụọgụ abụọ a na-ebuli ugbu a". [2]
