Julienne Uwacu bụ onye ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị na Rwanda, onye jere ozi dị ka minista nke egwuregwu na ọdịbendị na Cabinet nke Rwanda, kemgbe ụbọchị 24 Febụwarị 2015.[1][2] Na mgbanwe nke ụbọchị 31 Ọgọst 2017, Julienne Uwacu nọgidere na-arụ ọrụ ya.[3]
