About me

Hi! Nice to meet you. Kambai hails from Middle Belt, Nigeria, and advocates for the preservation, development, and promotion of minoritized languages. I believe that if all men are equal, their spoken identity—their languages—should also be treated equally as well.

I discovered Wikipedia by accident on an unknown date. Since 2018, I have contributed to Wikimedia projects using my current username, registered on May 16th the same year. Co-founded the Tyap Wikimedians User Group in 2022, and have since served as its Executive Director and Chair, Board of Trustees.

I am a volunteer Wikimedia editor. Let's work together to grow Wikimedia projects for the preservation of the sum of all human knowledge. Be my partner!

My work

I contribute mainly on WMF projects like Wikipedia (en, kcg), Wikimedia Incubator (kcg, kaj, bom, pcm), Wikimedia Commons, Wikidata, Wiktionary (kcg), Wikibooks (en), Wikivoyage (en), and on non-WMF projects like Translatewiki (kcg). I have x number of edits on WMF Projects, mainly from written articles in English and Tyap, multimedia uploads, and general editing.
