Salwa Fawzi El-Deghali (Templeeti:Lang-ar) is a Libyan academic and a member of the National Transitional Council representing women and in charge of legal affairs.[1]El-Deghali nwere Dọkịta nke nkà ihe ọmụma na iwu iwu obodo. Ọ kụziri na Academy of Graduate Studies na Benghazi.[1]
