A towel radiator or heating rail is designed to warm towels before use.  For years, European hotels have been using them as a combination towel/towel.  The hot water heater is the ideal bathroom heater for both cleaning and towels in the home environment.  There are two types: the traditional one that is installed as a radiator and the water is heated by a central heater, and the electric one where the electricity heats the water or oil in the unit [1]

Different metals can be used for cleaning towels such as iron, stainless steel or aluminum.  In some models, metal or copper is used.  Finishes can be chrome plating, polished metal, or lacquer.

It can be heated with electricity (heater cartridge or heating cable), or distribute hot water (connected to central heating).  Often times, a combination of those methods is used.  In these cases, heating is provided by hot water in the winter, and electricity in the summer.  A towel dryer, with a large output, can also serve as a radiator in a small bathroom [2]

Insulating indoor heating reduces the heating of the house.  Another thing is that the hot water coming from the hot rail, which makes it good for heating and drying towels, is generally a conversion of the heat to  heating in the room, is mainly for the transfer of heat to the air passing through it.
