Lamwaka bụ nwanyị so na Nzukọ Ndị Omeiwu nke obodo Uganda .[1] Ọ bụ onye nnọchi anya nwanyị distrikti maka Omoro District na onye otu ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị National Resistance Movement (NRM).[2] Òtù NRM bụ òtù ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị na-achị Uganda n'okpuru onye isi oche nke Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, onye isi ala Uganda[3].[4] Ọ rụrụ ọrụ dị ka onye isi obodo na-ahụ maka mpaghara Gulu na Pader District.[5][6]
