Rose Mbowa (18 Jenụwarị 1943 - 11 Febrụwarị 1999) bụ onye ode akwụkwọ, onye na-eme ihe nkiri, agụmakwụkwọ na nwanyị. Ọ bụ Prọfesọ nke Arts Arts na Drama na Mahadum Makerere, mahadum ọha kacha ochie na nke kacha ukwuu na Uganda.[1]
