  Rosemary Nansubuga Seninde, nke a na-akpọkwa Rosemary nansubuga Sseninde (née Rosemary Noansubuga) (amụrụ na 7 Jenụwarị 1965), bụ onye nkuzi na onye ndọrọ ndọrọ ọchịchị Uganda. Ọ bụ Minista Steeti maka agụmakwụkwọ praịmarị na Cabinet nke Uganda.
