Idiat Aderemi Amusu (amụrụ ụbọchị ọnwa iri na otu dị na iri abụọ na asaa na afọ nari iri itoolu iri ise na abụọ na obodo Kano) bụ onye injinia Naijiria. O mechara nweta Postgraduate Diploma na Masters na Food Science and Technology. Ọ bụ onye otu Nigerian Society of Engineers, Fellow nke Nigerian Institution of Agriculture Engineers na Fellow nke Naịjirịa Institute of Food Science and Technology.[3]
